通風(fēng)管道設(shè)計(jì)阻力平衡需要怎么處理?

一、在通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中的通風(fēng)管道是相互連接的一個(gè)整體,必然得遵循各支路阻力平衡規(guī)律,當(dāng)風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu) 形式、管道尺寸一經(jīng)確定,在一定的風(fēng)機(jī)作用下,各段的風(fēng)量是按阻力平衡規(guī)律自動(dòng)分配的。在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算時(shí)未經(jīng)阻力平衡計(jì)算,會(huì)導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)實(shí) 際風(fēng)量分配與設(shè)計(jì)不符。當(dāng)然我們也可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)閥來(lái)分配風(fēng)量,但這樣一來(lái)就又使非較不利環(huán)路的風(fēng)壓多余。所以在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算時(shí)考慮各環(huán) 路的阻力平衡具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
First, the ventilation pipe in the ventilation system is a whole which is connected to each other. It must follow the law of resistance balance of each branch. When the structure form and pipe size of the wind pipe system are determined, under the action of a certain fan, the air volume of each section is automatically divided according to the law of resistance balance. In the design calculation, the calculation of the actual air volume does not match the design without the calculation of the resistance balance. Of course, we can adjust the air volume by adjusting the air valve, but this will make the wind pressure of the non most unfavorable loop redundant. Therefore, it is of practical significance to consider the resistance balance of each loop when designing and calculating.
然而,不少設(shè)計(jì)人員在進(jìn)行風(fēng)道水力計(jì)算及阻力平衡過(guò)程中僅僅憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)估算或查圖手算,這樣費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力還達(dá)不到理想效果。筆者所設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算 軟件以excel為工作平臺(tái),用vba語(yǔ)言為開(kāi)發(fā)工具,從而確保了程序的執(zhí)行效率。
However, many designers only use experience estimation or map hand calculation in the process of wind tunnel hydraulic calculation and resistance balance, so that time consuming and hard work can not reach the ideal effect. The computing software designed by the author takes excel as the working platform and VBA language as the development tool, so as to ensure the efficiency of the program execution.
二、阻力自動(dòng)平衡計(jì)算的基本步驟

風(fēng)道系統(tǒng)阻力平衡自動(dòng)計(jì)算的執(zhí)行過(guò)程基本延用常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算步驟,主要如下:
The implementation of automatic calculation of resistance balance in duct system basically extends the conventional design calculation steps, mainly as follows:
①將各節(jié)點(diǎn)間的邏輯關(guān)系、管段的相關(guān)參數(shù)依次輸入并保存,然后根據(jù)技術(shù)要求初步選定各管段的假定風(fēng)速;
First, input the logical relationship between the nodes and the relevant parameters of the pipe in sequence, and then according to the technical requirements, the assumed wind speed of each section is preliminarily selected.
②根據(jù)假定風(fēng)速自動(dòng)計(jì)算管段當(dāng)量水力直徑及阻力損失;
2. According to the assumed wind speed, the equivalent hydraulic diameter and resistance loss of the pipe section are automatically calculated.
③用節(jié)點(diǎn)逆尋法自動(dòng)查找系統(tǒng)各環(huán)路的路徑及阻力損失,并確定系統(tǒng)較不利環(huán)路;
(3) find the path and resistance loss of each loop automatically by node inverse search method, and determine the most unfavorable loop of the system.
④對(duì)非不利環(huán)路進(jìn)行自動(dòng)阻力平衡。
(4) the automatic resistance balance is carried out on the non unfavorable loop.
⑤對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行校核。
Check the results of the calculation.
以上過(guò)程中只有工作量不大①、⑤需人工干預(yù),而其他步驟全部由計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)完成。從而不但確保其計(jì)算速度及準(zhǔn)確性,而且還可根據(jù)需要進(jìn) 行適當(dāng)?shù)氖止ふ{(diào)整。
In the above process, there is only a small amount of work and manual intervention. All other steps are automatically completed by the computer. It not only ensures the speed and accuracy of calculation, but also adjusts manually according to needs.
