通風(fēng)管道中運用高堿布,在短期內(nèi)產(chǎn)品強度也很高,處理好也能達到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但實驗表明,一年后管道的強度下降約40%,以后強度還要逐年下降,而且管道還會開裂、粉化等,因而應(yīng)特別加強對玻璃纖維布的管理和運用。

現(xiàn)在市場通的玻璃鋼通風(fēng)管道運用的是工業(yè)氯化鎂,其間一部分海產(chǎn)氯化鎂質(zhì)量較差,首要足NaCl、KCL、CaCl2、SO42-等有育雜質(zhì)合錄過高,從而引起制品吸潮返鹵、泛霜、變形等弊病,因而生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制其化學(xué)成分。
