風管制作是要注意的五大特點

1、風管段制作。風管段加工制作時,必須注意邊角位置的漏洞。應該以機械密封為主,輔助以密封膠處理。每段管道加工成型后,需要作質(zhì)量檢查。從現(xiàn)場施工考察,角鐵法蘭強度及密封性能,遠高于共板法蘭。在變風量系統(tǒng)中,建議使用角鐵法蘭為主。
1 、 duct section making. When making the duct section, we must pay attention to the loophole of the corner position. Mechanical seal should be the main, auxiliary sealant treatment. After each pipe is machined, quality inspection is required. From the construction site inspection, strength and sealing performance of the flange angle, far higher than the flange. In VAV systems, recommend the use of angle iron flange.
2、風管彎頭制作。風管彎頭位置應按規(guī)范要求設置倒流片,特別是尺寸較大彎頭,會影響氣流及造成局部噪音。在導流片設定時,應注意合理位置及片數(shù)。變風量系統(tǒng)中,風量是根據(jù)末端需求而變化。由于風管內(nèi)流速、流量會發(fā)生變化,因此彎頭合理的設置會有利于減少局部阻力。
2, wind pipe bend production. The elbow position of the air pipe shall be provided with backflow sheets according to the specifications, especially the larger size elbow, which will affect the airflow and cause local noise. When setting the deflector, we should pay attention to the reasonable position and the number of slices. In VAV systems, the air flow varies according to the end demand. Since the flow velocity and flow rate in the air duct will change, the reasonable setting of the elbow will be beneficial to reduce the local resistance.
3、風管法蘭制作。由于風管采用鋼板法蘭連接,尺寸較大的三通、彎頭等制作需要拼接板材。但是,鋼板法蘭位置嚴格不允許拼接。其強度不能達到要求,須采用角鋼法蘭或按設計及規(guī)范要求處理。在變風量系統(tǒng)中,由于管道內(nèi)保持較穩(wěn)定的靜壓狀態(tài),對風管強度及密封性能要求較高。
3 、 wind pipe flange production. Because the wind pipe adopts the steel plate flange connection, the bigger size three way, the elbow and so on need to splice the plate. But the plate flange position is strictly not allowed to splice. The strength can not meet the requirements. The angle steel flange shall be adopted or designed according to the requirements of the design and specifications. In variable air volume system, because of the steady static pressure in the pipeline, the strength and sealing performance of the duct are higher.
4、風管三通制作:在VAV變風量系統(tǒng)中,由于三通兩側的風量在不同工況下會發(fā)生變化,而隔板或倒流片會嚴重限制了風量的分配,因此三通位置不能加裝導流板或中間加固隔斷。但部件強度必須符合設計及規(guī)范要求,請采用角鋼法蘭或按設計及規(guī)范要求加固處理。
4, the wind pipe three through production: VAV in VAV systems, since the three links on both sides of the air will change under different conditions, and the partition or reflux sheets will severely limit the volume distribution, so the three position can't be added with guide plate or intermediate partition reinforcement. But the strength of the components must comply with the requirements of the design and specifications. Please use angle steel flanges or design and specifications as required.
5、風管分支管制作:在風管系統(tǒng)中(不論是定風量或變風量),彎頭、三通位置不得直接開分支管,該部位會產(chǎn)生渦流,形成很大的阻力,使各個分支管風量難以調(diào)節(jié),而且會產(chǎn)生局部噪音。
